Common bile duct obstruction due to stones following liver transplantation

Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatographic image shows stones and sludge (arrows) which have developed in the donor common bile duct (CBD) following liver transplantation. The patient presented with jaundice and was successfully treated with balloon dilation of the bile duct anastomosis and extraction of the stones.
