Fallot's tetralogy with Blalock-Taussig anastomosis to the right pulmonary artery

Chest radiograph shows hyperperfusion of the right lung with lateralization of pulmonary vascular flow and oligemia of the left lung. Several punctate, irregular vascular structures are seen in the left lung, likely reflecting bronchial collateralization.
