Unstable midshaft forearm fracture

This nine-year-old child sustained an unstable midforearm fracture of the radius and ulna. There is approximately 25 degrees of volar angulation of the greenstick fracture of the radius on the lateral view (A) with dorsal displacement and shortening of the completely fractured distal ulnar fragment on the anterior posterior view (B).
