Three audiograms are presented from a patient with Cogan syndrome and hearing loss: (A) 2 months after the onset of Cogan syndrome during initial corticosteroid therapy; (B) 4½ years into disease course while taking alternate-day corticosteroid therapy; (C) 8 years after onset of disease with stable to improved hearing acuity.
