Gastric bezoar

An upper gastrointestinal series in a patient status post-Billroth 2 gastrectomy and vagotomy shows a large bezoar in the distended stomach. The patient presented with gastric outlet obstruction that arose from a stricture at the gastrojejunal anastomosis (arrow) and from vagotomy-induced hypoperistalsis.
