Gastroschisis 3D ultrasound

This is a three-dimensional ultrasound examination of a fetus with a gastroschisis at 16 weeks of gestation. The free loops of bowel are seen floating in the amniotic fluid. The umbilical cord is seen superior and to the left of the defect.
