Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma

Chromogranin immunoperoxidase study shows that some of the tumor cells contain reactivity for chromogranin confirming that this tumor does show neuroendocrine differentiation. These features are consistent with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
