Large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma

Synaptophysin immunoperoxidase study shows that some of the tumor cells contain reactivity for synaptophysin confirming that this tumor does show neuroendocrine differentiation. These features are consistent with large cell neuroendocrine carcinoma.
