Linear salpingostomy

(A) The tube is stabilized and injected with a dilute solution of vasopressin.
(B) An incision is made on the antimesenteric border overlying the ectopic.
(C) The products of conception are removed using atraumatic forceps.
(D) The implantation site is irrigated and hemostasis obtained.
