Cutaneous mastocytosis: Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans form

A) TMEP type of maculopapular CM. Lesions are strictly macular (ie, not elevated), reddish-brown, and, as shown in the higher magnification (B), are ill-defined and exhibit fine telangiectasias.
