Metastatic neuroendocrine tumor with mesenteric mass indicating a presumptive small bowel primary. Coronal reformat from a CT scan in equilibrium phase showing a lobulated enhancing mass in the mesentery with a small coarse calcification (thin arrow) and a subcapsular hepatic lesion in segment VII (arrowheads) that is well circumscribed and hypoenhancing at this phase. There is a clip from a prior cholecystectomy (thick arrow) and oral contrast opacification of juejunal and some ileal loops.
