Panel A shows 4 images from a patient with thickening and diffuse calcification of the pericardium. The patient presented with clinical evidence of constrictive pericarditis.
Panel B is from a patient with a calcified pericardial cyst who presented with RVOFT obstruction. The remainder of the pericardium was normal.
Panel C is from a patient with a pericardial thickening (without calcification) and a pericardial effusion who clinically presented with effusive constrictive pericarditis.
