Dermoscopic structures mostly seen in nonmelanocytic neoplasms and their histopathologic correlation[1-4]
* Shiny, white structures can also be seen in nonmelanocytic lesions. Structures are most common in melanoma. Both structures and shiny, white areas are common in dermatofibromas and basal cell carcinomas. Rosettes are more common in actinic keratoses and squamous cell carcinomas.
