alpha, LH-beta, or FSH-beta subunits

LH and testosterone

Any subunit relative to intact FSH and LH

Supranormal response to TRH

FSH: follicle-stimulating hormone; LH: luteinizing hormone; TRH: thyrotropin-releasing hormone.
* Assuming the patient has a sellar mass.
¶ Assuming the patient does not have a history of primary hypogonadism.
