Constrictive bronchiolitis

Low power view of constrictive bronchiolitis in a patient with long standing rheumatoid arthritis and progressive airflow obstruction. There is luminal narrowing caused by peribronchiolar scarring and luminal mucus. Hematoxylin and eosin stain.
