Horseshoe kidney

Classic horseshoe kidney with fusion of the lower poles forming a parenchymal isthmus and shifting the axis of the kidney so that the renal pelvis lies anteriorly and the ureters traverse the anterior surface and the isthmus of the horseshoe kidney.
