Indirect inguinal hernia sac TEP dissection

This figure shows an indirect hernia viewed from within the extraperitoneal space. After gently pulling the hernia sac from the inguinal canal into the abdomen, the end of the hernia sac can be identified and bluntly dissected from the cord structures.
