Vancouver and ILAR criteria for juvenile psoriatic arthritis
  Vancouver ILAR (Edmonton revision)
Inclusion criteria Arthritis plus psoriasis or arthritis plus at least 2 of the following: Arthritis plus psoriasis or arthritis plus at least 2 of the following:
Dactylitis Dactylitis
Nail pits Nail pits or onycholysis
FHx of psoriasis in a 1st or 2nd degree relative FHx of psoriasis in a 1st degree relative
Psoriasis-like rash  
Exclusion criteria None
  1. Arthritis in an HLA-B27-positive male beginning after the 6th birthday
  2. AS, ERA, sacroiliitis with IBD, reactive arthritis, or acute anterior uveitis, or a history of 1 of these disorders in a 1st degree relative
  3. The presence of IgM RF on at least 2 occasions at least 3 months apart
  4. The presence of systemic JIA in a patient
  5. Arthritis fulfilling 2 JIA categories
For both criteria sets, arthritis must be of unknown etiology, begin before the 16th birthday, and persist for at least 6 weeks. Under the Vancouver criteria, "definite" disease is arthritis plus psoriasis or arthritis plus 3 minor criteria, while "probable" disease is arthritis plus 2 minor criteria.
