Mitral stenosis apical long-axis echocardiogram 2

Apical long-axis view from a 2D echocardiogram shows mitral stenosis. The mitral leaflets are thickened and have limited mobility and doming, with failure to open normally during diastole. There is also marked thickening and shortening of the chordae tendineae.
