For patients on anticoagulant therapy with warfarin or other vitamin K antagonists, the goal is to take in similar amounts of vitamin K daily rather than to eliminate sources of high vitamin K intake. Note that vitamins, herbs, and supplements such as calcium soft chews may contain vitamin K.
