Left lower lobe atelectasis

Posteroanterior view demonstrating left lower lobe collapse, as seen by elevation of the left hemidiaphragm and increased retrocardiac opacification adjacent to the spine. This is accompanied by plate-like atelectasis of the lingula (Nordenström's sign).
