Lateral right ventricular angiogram in tetralogy of Fallot
The lateral projection of an RV angiogram in tetralogy of Fallot shows a hypertrophied INF with anterior and cephalad deviation of the septum, resulting in significant subpulmonary obstruction; the pulmonary valve annulus (*) is much larger than the subvalvar area.
INF: infundibulum; RV: right ventricle.
