Proximal type I endoleak

(A) Aortogram showing an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm with a severely angulated aortic neck.
(B) After endograft placement, a type Ia endoleak is seen laterally on the right on the completion aortogram. The endoleak persists in spite of balloon angioplasty.
(C) The endoleak has resolved with the placement of a proximal aortic cuff.
