Use of a drill to facilitate bone biopsy of a lymphoma involving the cortex of the femur

A drill was used to create a hole in the femoral cortex (panel A). A soft tissue biopsy device (TEMNO) was then introduced through the drill hole to obtain a biopsy of this lymphoma (panel B).
