Graves' disease with high output failure

Chest radiograph shows pulmonary plethora with equalization of blood flow, due to recruitment of upper lobe vessels in the process of hyperperfusion with balanced flow. The periphery of the lung in the outer 2 cm is well perfused with clearly visible vessels.
