Internal rotation exercise for frozen shoulder
To stretch the posterior portion of the shoulder capsule, the patient stands in a door frame with their hand behind their lower back and their forearm against the frame and then internally rotates the shoulder by turning their body toward the arm. The door frame keeps the forearm in place.
