Blastomycosis in a 69-year-old woman.
(A) High-resolution (1 mm collimation) computed tomography (CT) image at the level of the aortic arch shows small centrilobular nodules (arrows) in the left upper lobe.
(B) CT scan obtained at the level of the basal trunk demonstrates areas of consolidation in the left lower lobe. Also note tree-in-bud opacities (arrows) in both lower lobes.
