Anatomy of a normal heart and congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA)
Congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries (ccTGA) is also called L-looped TGA (L-TGA), double discordance, or ventricular inversion. It is a rare form of congenital heart disease characterized by atrioventricular and ventriculoarterial discordance as illustrated above.
