MRI arthrography of triangular fibrocartilage complex tear
A solution of gadolinium and iodinated contrast was injected into the right wrist joint under fluoroscopic guidance prior to evaluation by MRI. A small amount of contrast is seen traversing the fibrocartilage (arrow) and into the distal radioulnar joint (arrowhead) confirming the presence of a triangular fibrocartilage complex tear.
