X-ray hamstring avulsion fracture of the ischial tuberosity

An AP radiograph of the pelvis of the left hip demonstrates an avulsion fracture of the left ischial tuberosity (arrow). A well corticated bone fragment is seen (arrowhead) adjacent to the left femoral neck presumably relating to a chronic hamstring complex avulsion.
