Panel A (fat saturated proton density sequence) and panel B (fat saturated T1 sequence) are in the coronal plane and the arrows identify the lesions. In panel B, the medial lesion is more distinct than the lateral lesion. There is no evidence of an unstable osteochondral fragment.
