(A) Nerve supply of the maxillary teeth.
(B) Needle insertion at the mucobuccal fold allows deposition of anesthesia close to the tooth apex.
(C) Minimal depth of needle insertion (about 2 mm) is required for the anterior primary maxillary teeth.
