Anterior chamber granuloma due to ocular tuberculosis

(A) Anterior chamber granuloma with granulomatous keratic precipitates and hypopyon. Aspiration of the granuloma demonstrated acid-fast bacilli in Ziehl-Neelsen stain. (B) Following antituberculous treatment, the posterior segment demonstrates healed pigmented scars along the vasculature.
