Chest radiograph of an infant with tricuspid valve atresia

This is a chest radiograph of an infant with TV atresia, with VSD and mild pulmonary stenosis (TV atresia type Ib with normal anatomy of the great arteries and a small VSD). Radiographic findings in TV atresia are dependent on associated cardiac conditions, which vary from patient to patient. In this patient, there is mild cardiomegaly and increased pulmonary vascular markings, consistent with moderately increased pulmonary blood flow due to the VSD.
