Iris granuloma due to tuberculosis followed by immune recovery tuberculous uveitis

(A) Right eye of an HIV patient with coexisting tubercular uveitis showing iris granuloma and hypopyon. Anterior chamber aspiration revealed acid-fast bacilli, confirming the diagnosis of tuberculosis. (B) Severe form of immune recovery uveitis resulting in perforation of the right eye following antiretroviral therapy and antitubercular treatment. Iris is seen prolapsed through the perforation site at the limbus.
