* In case of local allergic reactions, the last dose is repeated until no reaction occurs, and then the dose increases are continued. If a systemic reaction occurs, the reaction is treated as required. Once the symptoms have resolved, the protocol is resumed, starting with one-half of the dose that caused the reaction.
