A selective right upper lobe pulmonary angiogram (A) shows a focal pseudoaneurysm of the artery (arrow). Imaging in the pulmonary venous phase (B) shows persistent filling of the pseudoaneurysm with contrast (arrow). Inadvertent inflation of the balloon of a Swan-Ganz catheter in wedge position resulted in the formation of a pseudoaneurysm.
