(B) A lateral view of the chest shows a posteriorly positioned sternum (arrow).
(C) An axial CT scan of the chest at the level of the heart shows a depressed sternum, a compressed right atrium (arrowhead), and leftward displacement of the heart.
(D) A sagittal reformat of the CT scan of the chest through the sternum shows posterior displacement of the sternum (arrowhead) and compression of the right atrium (arrow).
