High-grade serous carcinoma

(A) The exterior surface of the ovary and the numerous friable surface papillae.
(B) Cut surface of ovary demonstrating cystic areas, papillary areas, and more solid areas. The solid areas are grossly worrisome for invasive carcinoma.
