Chest radiograph of asbestos-exposed patient that shows left-sided apico-lateral pleural thickening with apical capping and "crow's feet", typical of pleurogenic parenchymal fibrosis, also known as retractile pleuritis. Calcified pleural plaques are seen along right medial pleural reflection, and non-calcified pleural plaques are seen en face, partially obscuring the right heart border.
