Pleural plaques due to asbestos exposure

Chest radiograph of a patient with pleural plaques due to asbestos exposure. Features include lesions where one edge is sharp and the other indistinct, so-called one-edged lesions with incomplete border sign, consistent with pleural lesions. Some opacities have a "holly leaf" appearance with scalloped edges and marginal calcifications.
