(A) Chest radiograph from a patient with coal worker's pneumoconiosis shows bilateral upper lobe conglomerate shadows and cephalad retraction of hilar regions.
(B) Chest computed tomogram (CT) confirms the dorsal, upper lobe location of conglomerate masses. Needle aspiration biopsy yielded alveolar macrophages filled with black coal dust.
