A CT scan through the upper abdomen shows thickened wall of the body of the stomach (dashed arrow) and antrum (arrow). The mucosa is hyperemic (arrowhead). Helicobacter pylori was recovered from the gastric biopsy, which also showed chronic active gastritis.
