Inferobasal LV aneurysm on chest radiograph

A chest radiograph in PA projection (A) shows a calcified aneurysm (between arrows) overlying the spine. The aneurysm is better seen on the lateral examination (B), which shows a calcified aneurysm (between arrowheads) in the posterior and inferior aspect of the left ventricle.
