Dosage Range

IV:

Anesthesia, induction: Adults: 3 to 6 mg/kg; maintenance: 25 to 100 mg as needed.

Anticonvulsant: Adults: 75 to 250 mg/dose.

Increased intracranial pressure: Adults: 1.5 to 3.5 mg/kg/dose.
