Hereditary multiple osteochondromas

This radiograph of the lower extremities of a child with hereditary multiple exostoses demonstrates lesions around the distal metaphyses of both femurs and the proximal metaphyses of both tibias and fibulas, resulting in angular deformity. Additional lesions are noted in the right proximal femur and right distal tibia.
