(A) Proliferative verrucous leukoplakia of the gingiva with flat and exophytic appearance.
(B) On histologic examination, the lesion reveals markedly hyperplastic and papillomatous squamous proliferation. Note the extensive keratinization and the thin band of subepithelial chronic inflammatory cells.
