• Radiation therapy: Zinc oxide cannot be used during radiation therapy.

• Self-medication (OTC use): If the symptom being treated worsens, does not improve within 7 days, or clears up and occurs again within a few days, consult a health care provider.

Administration: Adult

Topical: For external use only; avoid contact with eyes. Cleanse the affected area gently with mild cleanser or water prior to use and allow to air dry or pat dry. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and rub in completely.

Administration: Pediatric

Topical: For external use only; avoid contact with eyes. Not for deep or puncture wounds. Cleanse the affected area gently with mild cleanser prior to use and allow to air dry or pat dry. For peri-G tubes, apply thin layer and secure with drain sponge or product as directed.

Use: Labeled Indications

Protective barrier: Prevents and helps heal skin irritations from diaper rash, diarrhea/feces, feeding tube site leakage, itching, minor burns, cuts, scrapes, moisture, urine, perspiration, and wound or fistula drainage sites.

Menthol: Dilates the blood vessels, causing a sensation of coldness followed by an analgesic effect; relieves itching
