Morton's foot with early pathologic changes

The photograph above shows a classic Morton foot with a short first metatarsal and early pathologic changes consisting of foot pronation and hallux valgus. Flattening of the transverse arch is suggested by loss of the normal appearance of the extensor tendons, which is also seen in the photograph above.
