Navicular stress fracture

Mid-arch pain and tenderness over the "N spot" of the superior midfoot suggests a navicular stress fracture and the need for diagnostic imaging. Often, MRI or CT is required to visualize the fracture. Arrow points to a fracture in CT on left that has a free fragment and a Y-shaped fracture line.
