Multidetector computed tomography visualization of iliofemoral vasculature

(A) Three-dimensional, volume-rendered image of the iliofemoral vessels and boney pelvis. This reconstruction provides landmarks to display the site of minimal luminal diameter.
(B) Curved MPR of the right iliofemoral system in an 84-year-old male with severe aortic stenosis. The curved MPR demonstrates elongation of the arterial system and allows for assessment of luminal diameter and degree of encroachment by calcified plaque in multiple projections.
